Pathetic, you have to go on a search for help, & when you finally get someone they don't always know what their talking about. Then to add insult to injury want u want is not in stock, & I have to ask for them to check other stores. Going to home depot, hopefully I'll have better luck, certainly couldn't be worse
Great store always has what you need and very friendly service .
This is the worst lowes I have ever been to. Not that most stores are that great, but this one, the employees actively avoid you, so they dont have to help. They NEVER get a shop from home order done in time, and usually cant find part of it. It is pathetic, the "courtesy desk" people are rude, and dont really care if you are unhappy. Not worth dealing with, go to Kuiken Brothers instead.
We were in the Matamoras Lowes yesterday, September 9th. We needed help in the Blinds section. The Salesperson, Brenda, was the most courteous and helpful Employee we have dealt with. We were able to get the vertical head tails we needed and other items with her help! Such a nice experience for my husband and myself!
