Shawn,Jordan and the rest of the team helped me when I was going through a rough time. I will be back for a new 4k T.V and sound system. Aarons is a great place to purchase furniture and get a good lease agreement.

We love our new stove. Jordan our sales person was outstanding. We where in a pinch and they came to the rescue. We fell in love with the great prices and the value they offer. I love the little water bottles and the friendly atmosphere and staff.
So I had ordered a queen mattress set from the middletown location about two months ago. I started to notice there was something wrong with the mattress as well as it was not big enough for us. So I called the middletown store and spoke to the manager there and I asked if he could order me a king size bed and take the other one back. He told me NO. I asked why and he said he couldn't. I told him to please pick up the other bed and he hung up on me. I called back and he answered. He said they would come get it. I asked him if I could order a couch set he told me NO I wasn't allowed to. I was so frustrated cause I think these places are great for people like me who have a great job but terrible credit. So I decided to call the Aaron's in PA. I never had such good customer service in my life. The staff there Shawn, Erica and Naomi. Bent over backwards for me. I got my king mattress and I orderd my living room set. I even got call today from Shawn, wanting to know if we had a good night's rest on our new bed. We definitely did. There amazing there. Take the extra time to drive there then going to the middletown location. It's worth it.
This store is clean, has an amazing staff. I needed help with a bedroom set and they helped me with no problems, not only did I get a bedroom set, I also used them for some electronics. The terms are great and the prices are unbeatable. I recommend always.
