I find that staff are not friendly they are to busy talking among themselves. I don't understand why a toasted bagel with butter and bacon I'm charged 3.99 minus the egg and cheese and added .25 cents for the butter!!?? Really I mean really come on already. I'll go to Price Chopper any day for my bagels and doughnuts thank you very much :)
People pleasant but had to pull around front and was told order would be right out. Waited 5 minutes and went to counter. Order was there but they forgot to bring it out. Order was 1 medium mango smoothie.
Not the nicest Dunkin I've ever been to, but adequate. The employees all seem to be unsupervised kids who work slow and slower, and will yak it up instead of serving you. Also, this store looks good but has a dingy feeling to it, like seeing an attractive person from afar but when you get close they are 20 years older and using clothes and makeup to hide behind.
Never had an issue with my order here. Coffee is made just the way I ordered and I have zero issues understanding and communicating with the drive through attendant in plain spoken English which is a bonus and a rarity around this establishment. Dougnuts and bagels are fresh the few times I have ordered them from here, bathrooms are clean and WiFi is free.
I go to this Dunkin at least 3 days a week. I had the most unpleasant experience this morning. I ordered a Iced Pumpkin Coffee. Apparently there was no flat lids available. Fine no problem. He used a round lid but my coffee cup was only half filled? I am sure he could tell from my face expression that I was not happy It is 6:30 am I need my coffee!! He claims it's because of the lids. I simply wanted the cup filled seeing I just paid my $2.75 for it. Apparently that was an issue because he literally slammed the drive though door in my face and didn't even give me my receipt.... If I didn't have to be to work I would of went in and spoke with his manager. Whatever happened to the customer is always right?
